2. Intermediary Structure

HGC facilitates and coordinates services between Clients and independent Partners.

HGC does not independently perform specialized services delivered by Partners.

3. Partner Independence

Are independent entities.
Are not employees or agents of HGC.
Deliver services independently.

4. Oversight Process

Evaluates qualifications.
Verifies credentials.
Monitors performance.
May replace Partners before Stage completion.

5. No Guarantee of Results

HGC does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.

6. Client Responsibility

Review Engagement Agreements.
Cooperate during Project Stages.
Provide necessary information.
